My sister has been requiring care at home 7 days a week for over 12 months, since she has lost all use of her legs. Care Quality Care has provided this care at an excellent level for the whole period, with a team of carers who come in for two hours each day, 7 days a week. They cope with the need to accompany on hospital visits, and occasional wheelchair outings in good weather. The arrangements were tested recently when she developed pneumonia and needed hospitalisation. The ambulance service was overburdened, and the Caregiver sat with her until one in the morning until she could be moved. This was above and beyond, thank you so much.

It has been brilliant to take her on regular outings to the Botanical gardens and on short trips along to the bowling club. We love seeing her have the opportunity to chat with neighbours. We do strive to go the extra mile to make sure all our clients are safe and well looked after, all part of the service.

Spoke with Terry on the telephone who was very informative and accommodating to the numerous questions that we had as a family. The plan going forward, what would be included in mum's care plan, how often she would benefit from carer visits etc. Thank you. There’s a lot to think about.
